San Jose Uses iPhone To Fight Blight Friday, December 11, 2009 By Betsy Gebhart, KCBS SAN JOSE (KCBS)  -- Cleaning up your neighborhood could soon be as easy as making a few taps on your iPhone, thanks to a new app that makes it easier to report pot holes, blight and other problems to City Hall. Councilman Pete Constant said the Fight Blight App would be available for download at a special event Saturday morning at the West Side Community Policing Center. KCBS' Betsy Gebhart reports
